The Outer City of Acquariet has a slightly different sense of style than the Inner City.  Jackets, for one, are a lot more “in.”  They prefer that sort of vertical-textured material, as well.

The 12 trolls I imagine would be sort of in a group/gang or something like that. And while not all trolls wear arm patches showing off their signs (they do display them somewhere though) this group would.

Also note on Kanaya; as she’s a bit more fashion forward, her style is closer to that of the Inner City’s. 8)
